William and Margaret moved to Manitowoc, Wisconsin, in about 1952 and lived at the home pictured above, probably in an upper floor apartment.
William fractured his left femur on the 4th of December 1954, apparently slipping on wet linoleum at his home. His health began to fail, remaining bedridden until his death on Sunday, 27 March 1955. His cause of death is listed as "Hypostatic pneumonia." William was buried in Elmwood Cemetery in Antigo, Wisconsin, next to his first wife Elida and children Edward and Blanche. Margaret did not live in the house on Division Street very long after William died. For the last 4 1/2 years she resided at the St. Mary Home for the Aged in Manitowoc. Margaret died a little over 5 years after William, passing away on Sunday, 30 October 1960. Services were at St. Andrew Catholic Church, and she was buried in Calvary Cemetery in Manitowoc.

Marian died at age 79 on 1 June 1996 in Minnetonka, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Ruth died 7 November 1986, in East Greenbush, Rensselaer Co., New York. She had divorced her husband 'Nick' after 35 years of marriage and later married Leo Kalfon. At the time of this biography, Mildred is now aged 96 and living in Rochester, Olmstead County, Minnesota.
